Knoch's own Mike Formica and Josh Rohland will compete this weekend in the Adidas Indoor Track & Field Nationals. Mike qualified for the 4 x 800m, 1 mile, 2 mile, and 5K races, but he can only compete in two, so he chose the 4 x 800m and the mile. Josh qualified in shot putt and weight throw and will compete in both.
