The Knights returned to action Monday night, hosting North Allegheny. Eli Ruediger got the Knights on the board at 2:36 of the 2nd period. Alex Cotton broke a 1-1 tie at 8:42 of the 3rd period, assisted by Price McDonald and Caleb Miller. That would be all the Knights needed as Cale Patten stopped 29 of 30 shots in net to preserve the 2-1 victory. The Knights improved to 2 and 0 on the young season. They return to action next Monday when they host Butler.
